Dan Madler Chief Executive Officer, HDFP Dan has been employed by Beyond Shelter, Inc. (BSI) since March of 2003, and he is responsible to ensure that the development and fiscal operations of BSI continue to meet the needs of the affordable housing market. Dan has 28+ years of experience in the affordable housing industry, and he has participated with the design, financing, and general development of 32 affordable housing projects totaling over 1,300 units located in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota.View full bio >
Dawn Helmowski Finance Director Dawn has been employed by BSI since August 2019. She is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all finance related activities of BSI's operational and development accounting functions, as well as leading BSI's HR and IT functions.
